Printing
One of the unique demands of ballot printing is the sheer range of types of jobs. They come in a huge variety of sizes – from the old voting machine strips – an inch long and fifty inches wide – to the poster-sized ballot faces used by the new DRE machines.
And quantities range widely too – from one sheet per version for DRE machines up to hundreds of thousands of copies of some mailed sample ballots. We have developed an arsenal of digital imaging systems in-house, and strategic partnerships with several offset printing houses, so that every ballot job gets printed on the fastest and most economical equipment for that job.
Mailing
We mail sample ballots to over a million voters in thousands of jurisdictions every election. Over the years we have developed an intimate familiarity with postal regulations, and have honed our techniques at producing, sorting, addressing and mailing sample ballots rapidly and with the minimum of errors. |
